Our lives from birth to death are a series of endings and beginnings. Whether new beginning brings us joy and happiness or something else depends on a couple of things. Obviously the first is what is ending. How we view change is important. And how we view the world (friend or foe), the glass (full or empty), and ourselves (competent/capable or incompetent/less than capable) is yet another.
Judith Ashley will use examples from her contemporary romantic fiction, The Sacred Women’s Circle series, as well as her non-fiction Staying Sane in a Crazy World to illustrate both endings and beginnings. Join Judith in an interactive discussion on how to increase the possibility of seeing endings as positive and how to create transitions that increase our chance for our new beginnings to bring joy into our lives.
