Library Walk, Saturday 9:00 – 10:00 am, Walk for Health at the Sandy Library, Don’t worry about the weather– walk at the Sandy Library from 9-10am every Saturday morning. Short warm-up stretch at 9am. Walking at the library allows you to exercise and improve strength and balance while meeting friends. Walk at your own pace for a distance that is comfortable for you, either indoors or out. Ask for your FREE registration form and walking log to get started.
